Where a player is found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — nagad7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances associated with those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the Service.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nagad7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 2.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party funding source is identified, nagad7 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account pending investigation, and report the matter as appropriate.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier. nagad7 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

2.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. nagad7 targets withdrawal processing within a few minutes for mobile money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for bank transfers, subject to verification status and volume.

Before any withdrawal is processed, nagad7 may require completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held in a pending state until all required documentation has been reviewed and approved.

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in the applicable promotional terms. Bonus-derived funds that have not met wagering requirements may not be withdrawn.

2.4 Inactive and Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. nagad7 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts whose balance reaches zero will be closed without further notice.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them remain non-withdrawable. 4. Games, Bets and Results

9. Account Suspension and Termination

nagad7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; provision of false or misleading registration information; multi-accounting; bonus abuse; or conduct that nagad7 reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Upon closure of an account for reasons attributable to player breach of these Terms, nagad7 reserves the right to void pending bets, withhold bonus funds, and retain any winnings that were generated through fraudulent or abusive activity. Any legitimate remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the completion of verification and any applicable investigation period.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support at support@nagad7.pro. All outstanding wagering requirements and pending bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms before a final balance is released.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the nagad7 Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the nagad7 support team at support@nagad7.pro. nagad7 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

These Terms, and any dispute arising hereunder, shall be construed and governed without reference to any specific national jurisdiction's conflict-of-law provisions, in a manner consistent with the international nature of the nagad7 platform and its Bangladesh-market player base.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and nagad7 with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 No Waiver

Failure by nagad7 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a specific breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

11.4 Language

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English regardless of any translation that may be provided for convenience. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
